Yes, it can be difficult to create, implement, and maintain a wellness action plan that works for you; however, you don’t have to do it alone.
She Does Her offers 1 on 1 coaching, that is tailored specifically to you. Each week, you will receive one, 55 minute training session and one, 55 minute wellness coaching session.
This is a space that is just for you, but know that it is a space about action. During our time together, you will know the How's to get to your wants.
