What is Wellness?
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Physical wellness is used as the gateway to the other 7 pillars, creating a realistic and achievable plan that can be utilized throughout your life.
As your wellness coach, I practice a holistic approach to help you lay out the How’s to reach those goals. As the client, you are: the focus & expert of you. The first question is always “What do you want?” and from there, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your wellness as a whole.
Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) affect your habits?
Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising?
Are issues with personal & professional circle(s) weighing you down?
Let’s define what you value most from your well-being. We’ll use these visions to motivate specific goals that bring you closer to where you want to be. As your coach, I will not dictate your wellness goal for you, but together we will focus on how you can reach your goals.
At See Me Wellness, we offer three tracks of wellness coaching:
She Does Take Control: group coaching series
She Does for Her: 1 on 1 coaching sessions, personal and concierge guidance
She Does Movement Series: physical activity
