How: By signing up and completing or cheering Devon on in her goal to complete the Grand Canyon Trail Half Marathon & 5k Run/Walk

Welcome

to our 3rd annual She Does Support retreat amongst the rugged beauty of Arizona. See Me Wellness's retreats are unique as we select someone within our community to complete her wellness goal by providing community support. Our community goal is to ensure that everyone who is a part of SMW knows that she always has a hype crew cheering her on as she makes wellness a priority in her life. Participating in the race is not required. 

Devon, aka Dee Love

was selected during our She Does Support: Angela 2023. Devon's goal, "I want a medal!."  And that is what we aim to help her do on 11/2. Fun fact: November is also her birthday month. 

Bespoke Inn - Flagstaff

is our retreat hotel. This boutique inn will be an elevated experience with luxury Flagstaff accommodations, attentive hospitality, and amenities curated for the Bespoke brand. 

Schedule

• Thursday, 10/31 - Arrival day (please arrive by 3 pm MST), Welcome and group dinner
• Friday, 11/1 - Exploration day in Sedona, star gazing excursion, and group dinner
• Saturday, 11/2 - Race Day, exploration day at the Grand Canyon - South Rim, and group dinner
• Sunday, 11/3 - Recovery Day, jewelry-making class, and group dinner
• Monday, 11/4 - Departure Day

Includes

• Transportation from the hotel to group retreat activities. Transportation to and from the hotel, flights, and individual excursions are not included
• Hotel stay at Bespoke Inn - Flagstaff; Oct 31st - Nov 4th, 2024. Please note that the hotel will request a card on file for each room for incidentals or damages
• Group dinners, Oct 31st - Nov 3rd, 2024

Price

$2110/person for a double-occupancy room, two-person max per room.

$2440/person for a single-occupancy room, one-person max per room.

Two payment options are available:

• Payment in full, plus service fee and taxes, includes a $450 non-refundable deposit
• Installment Plans: $450 non-refundable deposit, service fee, and taxes on each installment. Payments must be made in full 18 days before October 31st, 2024. I will contact you directly to set up an installment plan

Travel Information 

• The largest airport is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, PHX, which is ~ 2 hrs from Flagstaff, AZ
• Flagstaff has a regional airport, Flagstaff Pulliam Airport, FLG
• Travel to and from the Grand Canyon - South Rim is on Saturday, 11/2,  is included and is ~ 2hrs away each way

Guest Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your She Does Support: Devon 2024 booking, cancellation fees will apply. All cancellations must be received in writing. Any promotional inclusions (such as products offered) will be deducted from any refund if applicable.

If for whatever reason, you need to cancel your retreat place after you have booked, the following refund policy will apply:

If you cancel

Up to 60 days before October 31st, 2024

A 50% refund will be provided on cancellations. This excludes the $450 per person deposit, which is non-refundable

Up to 30 days before October 31st, 2024

A 25% refund will be provided on cancellations. This excludes the $450 per person deposit, which is non-refundable

29 days or less before October 31st, 2024

No refund will be provided on cancellations

Unless otherwise specified, all retreat payments must be made in full 18 days before October 31st, 2024, of the booked retreat. Clients whose balances are not received by the 30-day deadline risk forfeiting their retreat booking.

SMW Cancellation Policy

Retreat venue, dates, and locations are subject to change without prior notice. If the retreat has to close for whatever reason, we will inform you as soon as possible. SMW will always give full refunds if this occurs.
