Welcome

to our 2nd annual She Does Support retreat in beautiful Napa, CA. See Me Wellness's retreats are unique as we select someone within our community her completing her wellness goal by providing community support. Our community goal is to ensure that everyone who is a part of SMW knows that she always has a hype crew cheering her on as she makes wellness a priority in her life.

Angela

was selected during our She Does Support: Chantil 2022. To quote Angela, "I have never completed a trail race and never been to Napa." We will be there as she crosses the finish line on 3/18.

Napa Valley Marriot

is our retreat hotel. This gorgeous property offers 1) a central location of Napa the town and Napa Valley the wineries, 2) amazing on-site amenities, including nightly wine pours, and 3) beautiful rooms.

Schedule

• Thursday, 3/16 - Arrival day(please arrive by 5 pm PST), group dinner
• Friday, 3/17 - Exploration day in Calistoga and the surrounding area, winery experience - winemaker for the day, group   dinner
• Saturday, 3/18 - Race Day (activities recommendations for those not participating will be given, exploration day in Napa, group dinner
• Sunday, 3/19 - Departure day

Includes

• Transportation from the hotel to group retreat activities. Transportation to and from the hotel, flights, and individual excursions are not included
• Hotel stay at Napa Valley Marriot; March 16-19, 2023. Please note that the hotel will request a card on file for each room for incidentals or damages
• Group dinners, March 16-18, 2023
• Winery activities
• A welcome and Thank you package
• Movement classes and more

Price

$1550/person for a double-occupancy room, two-person max per room.

Two payment options are available:

• Payment in full, plus service fee and taxes and includes a $400 non-refundable deposit
• Installment Plans: $400 non-refundable deposit, service fee, and taxes on each installment. Payments must be made in full 30 days before March 16, 2023. I will contact you directly to set up an installment plan

Guest Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your She Does Support: Angela 2023 booking, cancellation fees will apply. All cancellations must be received in writing. Any promotional inclusions (such as products offered) will be deducted from any refund if applicable.

If for whatever reason, you need to cancel your retreat place after you have booked, the following refund policy will apply:

If you cancel

Up to 90 days before March 16, 2023

A 50% refund will be provided on cancellations. This excludes the $400 per person deposit, which is non-refundable

Up to 60 days before March 16, 2023

A 25% refund will be provided on cancellations. This excludes the $400 per person deposit, which is non-refundable

30 days or less before March 16, 2023

No refund will be provided on cancellations

All retreat payments are due 30 days prior to March 16, 2023, of the booked retreat unless otherwise specified. Clients whose balances are not received by the 30-day deadline risk forfeiting their retreat booking.

SMW Cancellation Policy

Retreat venue, dates, and locations are subject to change without prior notice. If the retreat has to close for whatever reason, we will inform you as soon as possible. SMW will always give full refunds if this occurs.
