Service Description

The class is designed for women who have back conditions such as herniated disk(s) or degenerative back disease and still want to build up their strength but their backs do not respond well to the certain Pilates movements. This class will offer: A more deliberate pace, to allow for back-friendly transitions Longer class time, 45 minutes to allow for more adjustments Core strengthening but back safe movements, no bending forward or other movements that can irritate the back
